Providing Samples for SPV Salesperson Videos

What is SPV?

Salesperson Videos are filmed at Nordstrom Stores throughout the country and feature salespeople and stylists showcasing their fashion authority by providing details, fit information, and styling tips about products on Nordstrom.com. Their goal is to build customer trust and loyalty by providing information customers need to purchase with confidence.

SPV videos have led to a jump in conversion and reduction in returns by providing the customer with helpful, product-specific information. Below you can find examples of SPV videos featured in the image carousel.

Benefits of SPV

Customer response to the Salesperson Videos has been extremely positive, yielding an increase in demand for items with videos on their product page. Providing customers with this additional information both increases conversion and minimizes returns.
